What is Affiliate Program?

Affiliate Marketing is a type of advertising program that runs on the basis on revenue sharing. Through this program, websites can earn a profits by allowing advertisers to advertise on their websites.

How does it work?

Let's say for example one advertiser operates an online game and wants to attract more players. He contacts a website publisher, who has a popular site on a games-related topic. The publisher puts the advertiser's banner on their website, and the publisher's visitors start registering and playing the advertiser's game. The partners system keeps track of all the clicks, registrations and payments made in the game and as a result the publisher receives a share of the revenue generated by the user.

What is "Revenue sharing"?

When the publisher’s users pay for any service of advertiser’s paid services, the publisher takes a percent of the total NET revenue.

How do I find out more about my commission details?

The commission percentages vary according to the sales volume and other specifics. Contact your account manager to find out more.

When will I receive my earnings?

Once your revenue reaches the payable minimum, which is 500 EUR, you can click the "Pay me" button in order to request the amount. The payment can take up to 5 working days to be processed.

How will I receive my earnings?

We send payments through PayPal or bank wire transfer.

How can I find out the details about my revenue?

On the Dashboard you can see your statistics for the specific day; if you wish to check a longer period of time you can go to "Full report" and view all details for the period, websites, banners, services you've selected.

What does "My Websites" mean?

Most of webmasters have more than website or marketing channel (blog, newsletter, etc.). In case you have several websites you can add them all in one account.

How do I add a new website?

Click on "My Websites", then click on the "Add New Website" button to add a website.

What does "Zone" mean?

A Zone is a banner spot, an area with a specific size on your website where the banner is placed.

Can I have more than one banner in one zone?

Yes, you can have an unlimited number of banners in one Zone, the banners can be for different services also.

How can I define the frequency of showing the different banners?

You don’t need to do that, our system is very advanced and it will show the banners according to the CTR of each banner. For example, if the clicks on banner A are 2 times more than the clicks on banner B, the system will automatically show banner A twice as often.

What is "CTR"?

In marketing terms "CTR" refers to the average number of click-throughs per hundred ad impressions, expressed as a percentage.

I can have different websites, different zones, different banners and use all of them in one account, right?

Yes, this is correct. You can have more than one website or more than one channel for marketing, and you can add an unlimited number of websites; You can have an unlimited number of zones in each website; You can have an unlimited number of banners in each zone.

Do I have to use a different Ad Code for each banner?

No, you need only one Ad Code for each Zone, the Ad Code will load all banners you already added to this Zone.

How can I get the Ad tag for a certain campaign?

Once you are in the View Zones page for one of your websites you will be able to see the “Get Code” link on each zone - just click it and the code will appear.

How can I place the Ad tag in my website?

All you need to do is copy the Ad tag and paste it in your web page source where you want the ad to appear. If you're not sure how this is done you can ask your web developer or webmaster for help.

Why is the Ad tag not displaying the Ad banners?

In case you experience technical problems with displaying Ad banners on your site please contact us and we will investigate what the issue is.

How do I update my contact details?

You can do so by clicking the "Edit Profile" link and then filling your contact details into the form.

How I do update my bank account details?

Click on the "Account" tab, then click the Bank Details link. Here you can fill your banking details into the form.

Why was my request to join rejected?

Since our advertisers are very concerned about the quality and credibility of the affiliates that will run their Ads, we review the applicant website and make sure it adheres to our Terms and Conditions.

I lost my password, what do I do?

You can retrieve your password by clicking on the "Sign in" button and then clicking the "Forgot Password" link to enter your email. After this you need to click the "Send new password" button to receive your password in your email inbox.

How do I change my password?

You can do so by clicking the "Edit Profile" link and then filling your contact details into the form.
